We had an unusually dry winter season which they took advantage of making our new home get finished almost three months early. This was a great perk for us since we were in a temporary home after selling our old home. We were able to add many customizations that you would not get with a tract home developer. I absolutely love my new theater room, even more than my truck, which is saying a lot. When we first moved into our new home I couldn't get over the feeling I was staying in a luxurious hotel. The Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom are well defined and made to order. Waking up every morning like I was paying for a nice hotel room. Like a good friend they have stayed with us during and after the sale being available for the many questions we asked. They are extremely patient, While we are not the toughest customers , we were are the easiest either. Brian and his crew were professional and friendly. They listened well and prioritized attention to both getting the job done and getting the customer in to the home they wanted. The job was adding a master bedroom suite to an older (1923) California bungalow home. The transition from older home to new was seamless in design and execution. From both inside and out, it looks like it was always there. Brian also did custom interior and exterior concrete work for us. A bathroom counter and a kitchen counter were fabricated. Both were stylish, fit the feel of the room, and brought in a nice color touch too. Outside, in addition to standard patio and backyard walkway, Brian and his crew planned out and installed a wheel chair to make the home fully accessible, and created an extra outside private patio space in the process. We've hired Airehart Construction for many projects over the years. From remodeling our home to building us an outdoor paradise. Everything was completed on time and on budget. Our latest project was a request for a work of art for our dinning area. During the build I was very impressed with his in depth knowledge of materials and methods, followed by a high level of execution and craftsmanship. One important point I want to bring up; modern design due to its simplicity and clarity requires a high level of craftsmanship and knowledge of alternative building and methods, this is typically due to many copious details and architectural elements that are associated with this genre of work. Our project was new custom home construction. We had heard from a number of persons that he was the best for his attention to architectural detail, had a crew of his own who had been with him for a number of years and he himself was hands on with foundation, framing and hard scape details. He was also considerate of our budget concerns. One example, our design plans called for two radius windows going almost to the ceiling down to the floor. in both the library and study which were located on either side of the front door. This required shatterproof glass. He suggested that the windows be moved up a few inches from the floor so regular glass could be used.
